Huntington YMCA | COVID-19 Update®

The YMCA of Huntington will NOT be drafting membership payments for the month of April. This will allow you to retain your membership for April at no cost. We hope this will help ease any financial hardships you may be facing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our staff has been busy cleaning and preparing the facilities to re-open as soon as the crisis is over. We as staff miss seeing you here each day and our thoughts are with each of you as members during this difficult time.

YMCA of Huntington

Your health and safety is our most important priority. In light of the continued development of the spread of COVID-19, the Huntington YMCA will be closing as of 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and not reopen until the virus threat has been abated. This will be re-evaluated weekly. Our decision was not easy but was based on instructions from Y-USA, with a confirmed vote from our Executive Board.

At this time, our Daycare will remain open and the Phil Cline facility will remain a lunch pick up spot starting at 11:45am, Monday-Friday.

While the facility is closed, members of our full time staff will be performing a deep clean of all areas to ensure disinfection and cleanliness of both buildings..

We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we continue to re-evaluate the status of the virus with the safety and well-being of our community members as our highest priority. Please check our Facebook often for updates.

If you have questions please contact us by email at or through the Huntington YMCA Facebook messenger.
