“LITE” WEIGHTED WORKOUT
A class designed to increase muscular strength and endurance as well as flexibility through the use of weights, tubing and balance balls. This class is geared toward Total body conditioning for beginners, Baby Boomers, Seniors or those wanting to get back into an exercise routine.
YOGA (SENIOR WISE)
A relaxing Mind & Body experience that includes whole body stretching and total relaxation. Various levels are offered.
